@vmuecke_k Evtl liegt das Problem später in der Kette. Neulich im RW: Die Sanitäter haben sich gesorgt, von der Leitstelle wieder zur Notaufnahme von KH X geschickt zu werden, weil sie dort eben schon waren. Weil die Notaufnahme voll war & unangemessener Ton vom Assistenzarzt zum Empfang

als ein Rettungssanitäter, der den Patienten zum ersten Mal und nur für ein paar Minuten sieht. Ob das in der Ausbildung so vermittelt wird? Jedenfalls empfinde ich es als unangemessen. Es geht nicht um Machtspiele, sondern um die gute medizinische Versorgung von Patienten!🙋‍♀️

Ich arbeite gerne mit dem Rettungsdienst zusammen. In letzter Zeit erlebe ich allerdings häufiger, dass Rettungssanitäter oder -assistenten meine Befunde und Diagnosen in Zweifel ziehen. Ungeniert kritisieren sie mich in Gegenwart von Patienten. Sie lehnen es ab, ⬇️
