@Kiwi67_ I just watched the episode and her selfishness is just awful. So because she doesn’t get her way she decides to weaponise her kids against him, even though doing so not only impacts Marty but also her kids??? I can’t believe they’ve gone so far with her character.

@Kiwi67_ I’m watching it now and Mon’s annoying me. Like the scene where she tells Naz that he is what she and the baby needs…idk it feels like she wants Marty and is just settling for Nazar because she ‘needs’ him. Has she not learnt from last time?? Poor Naz 😭😭

@ninadabizz Same!! It's so frustrating to watch now. It makes me sad when a once good couple ends up like this on this show. It's like Mon thinks she's attempting to do the best thing for everyone when in reality it's just very obviously going to make everything worse 😭

@Kiwi67_ Imo they never gave them a proper chance at being fully happy. they were so cute in the beginning but it quickly turned into argue fest 😭 There was too much angst, but I think that actually ruined what made them cute in the first place.

@Kiwi67_ I know! She has changed a lot and I find it really weird how she acts like Marty has never faught for the relationship. She can’t talk! I’ve never liked them together but there’s been many times where she shut him out and he kept trying.

Mon's apologies would come across more genuine if her number 1 priority yesterday wasn't to tell Marty she loved him. She shouldn't have told Naz she loves him back when hours earlier she was at Marty's house about to tell him she loved him. It's not fair on Naz #ShortlandStreet

@Kiwi67_ I think Marty and Mon have chemistry but I'm just not really for it. He left her sooooo quickly for Esther, I always felt like Mon was his second choice whereas he was her first choice.

@Kiwi67_ I was confused about this. Like yes she clearly loves Marty but when she left she was still with Nazar and loved him, it seemed a bit weird to me that Marty was her first priority even though I don't think she and Naz are suited.
