Be wary of chasing productivity. We can always “do more,” but more without mindfulness and purpose leads to an endless cycle of “I need to be productive!” But to what end?
Chasing extreme performance without proper recovery and rest leads to burnout. Even the best athletes need a rest day (or rest period). Give yourself a break, when you know you really need it.
