but i do understand the reasoning for rin in an7 - low comm count in vbs - prod doesn't normally use mei - mei 3* would mean khn getting a 2* which would be her 3rd in the past 4 months alone

@toyaorin very likely, esp if rui6 is len comm. this leaves meiko as the only option for an bc rin/luka are at current max for an comms and miku/kaito alrd have comms this rotation. koha has high card count and ideally should not get cards outside of wl/koha7 so likely an/akito/toya PU.
