@bladeesgfoats I started weightlifting for 2 months now and i feel like the results are quick but i still have alot of fats and ik afraid i will bulk if i keep lifting

@niningglow Protein at least 1g per kg bw, strength training a few times a week (you can split it to upper/lower with rest days, pick a few exercises you do for those days, depending on how your gym is equipped)
