@thehuesociety @BodegaVistalba Oh yes! Back in the day on the floor @Oceanique505 I paired this with Alaskan Halibut in a shallot merlot reduction and olive tapenade sauce.. not typical but fun to show how balanced reds can work well when guests don’t want white. What fish dish would you pair?
