2010 में वादा ये कि 24+6 महीने में बनाएंगे 30 टॉवर्स, फिर ये बहाना कि अथॉरिटी ने पीछे का लैंड नहीं दिया इसीलिए देरी हुई और पुनः 2013 में ये वादा कि 40+6 महीने में बनाएंगे 33 टॉवर्स तथा कमर्शियल। लेकिन 12 साल बीतने पर भी खड़े हुए केवल 11 आधे-अधूरे टावर्स। #PatelEngg ऐसी है।
