@whitehatjunior @BYJUS This people are scammers. I have booked classes with them under no questions asked refund policy. I have been chasing them for refund since October 2023 and I am getting only one answer “We understand ur concern & will get back to you in 24-48 hours. Beware

@ByjusSupport I have got confirmation email about my refund amount saying I will receive refund in 15 to 20 days and it's now 2 months. I have tried reaching out to Byju by all possible avenue but no luck! The only response I am getting is we get back to you. Enough is enough😡.

@ByjusSupport Beware!!! This guys call you 5 times a day when they want business but upon cancelling my daugher's classes now I am just wasting my time since last 3 months to get my refund.The excuse I get from them is technical issue!! 😡😡😡

@WesternUnion This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Sent some cash to family and WU confirmed the payment will be made to beneficiaries account in 0-1day. It is now 6 days my family did not receive the payment I sent. Also, on WU app it says transaction is completed.
