@navs1831 @maheshbadamm @ankitdewan But it was successful when you bought miles for first time. So I don’t think it’s the issue here. It’s pretty strange. You need to contact Ethiad as you are buying miles from their app/website. Tried any other international transaction on diff merchant ?

If you applied the BOB Etihad Card in Junbe end, and did one transaction - check your email ID for confirmation of Silver Status. Many people received it today.

@nis_1102 @maheshbadamm @ankitdewan Talked to cc.. They are saying merchant is not accepting my payment. Payment is being deducted from cc but within minutes same is being credited by merchant. Any solution?

@navs1831 @maheshbadamm @ankitdewan Call BOB card, at times it can decline due to security reason. It happened with me too once. Don’t waste time mailing them, call and ask them to sort it out over call only.

@RajFno @ankitdewan I bought miles on 30th June and also transferred some miles from Axis Atlas 1:2 to Ethiad. Upgraded to silver on 3rd July & redeemed voucher same day. Today status changed to Gold.

@nis_1102 @ankitdewan For silver voucher use 500 miles requirement is there. You had 500 miles in your account at that time ?

@maheshbadamm @ankitdewan You need mentioned amount of miles for voucher redemption. Transfer needed miles from atlas or any card which has point transfer option with Ethiad. For Atlas it’s 1:2.

@vasatweets @SartanparaYash Redeemed before gold. Take screenshot of voucher codes, you should be able to use it as expiry is 30 days. I used on same day to be safe as I had already done transaction on Ethiad for Gold upgrade. So couldn’t take risk.

@SartanparaYash I have received silver status too today, first transaction was on 26th June. Bought 1000 miles on Ethiad app on 30th June, hope it’s sufficient for upgrade to gold.

BOB etihad Guest premium card. First Transaction done on 27th June, Silver status received Today. On to the Gold status.
