"मुझे ब्लैकमेल कर मेरे साथ संबन्ध बनाए" लड़की का इंतजाम करो या पत्नी को बुलाओ... आत्महत्या से पहले युवक ने 8 पेज का लिखा सुसाइड नोट गुरुग्राम के एक छोटे से कमरे में 17 मई की दोपहर जो हुआ, उसने सिर्फ एक परिवार नहीं तोड़ा, बल्कि कई ऐसे सवाल छोड़ दिए जिनका जवाब शायद सिस्टम के पास भी नहीं है। बिहार के बेगूसराय के रहने वाले 31 वर्षीय रामपुकार यादव ने फांसी लगाने से पहले 8 पेज का सुसाइड नोट लिखा। नोट के आखिर में उसने सिर्फ इतना लिखा — “सॉरी ऑल ऑफ यू…” इन तीन शब्दों के पीछे वो दर्द छिपा था, जिसे वह करीब साढ़े तीन साल तक अंदर ही अंदर सहता रहा। #रामपुकार गुरुग्राम की एक कंपनी में काम करता था। पत्नी और इकलौता बेटा गांव में रहते थे। वह यहां नौकरी करके परिवार का घर चला रहा था और गांव में नया मकान भी बनवा रहा था। परिवार को उम्मीद थी कि मेहनत करने वाला रामपुकार एक दिन सब कुछ ठीक कर देगा, लेकिन किसी को नहीं पता था कि वह रोज अंदर से टूट रहा है। रामपुकार ने आत्महत्या से पहले 8 पेजों का सुसाइड नोट लिखा था रामपुकार ने अपने सुपरवाइजर #देवेंद्र कुमार पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं। उसने लिखा कि पहले उसे शराब पिलाकर उसके साथ गलत संबंध बनाए गए, फिर लंबे समय तक ब्लैकमेल किया गया। उसने आरोप लगाया कि उससे पैसे मांगे गए, धमकियां दी गईं और मानसिक रूप से लगातार प्रताड़ित किया गया। लेकिन सिर्फ ब्लैकमेलिंग ही नहीं रामपुकार को उसकी पहचान और गरीबी को लेकर भी अपमानित किया गया। सुसाइड नोट में उसने लिखा कि उसे “बिहारी” कहकर जलील किया जाता था। यहां तक कहा गया कि “हरियाणा में भैंस 1 लाख 30 हजार की मिलती है और बिहारन 80 हजार में बिकती हैं।” रामपुकार ने अपने नोट में लिखा कि जब उसने विरोध किया तो उससे कहा गया कि “लड़की की व्यवस्था करो, नहीं तो गांव से अपनी पत्नी को बुला लो।” यही बात उसे अंदर से तोड़ गई। उसने अपने मैनेजर, एडमिन और HR तक से मदद मांगी, लेकिन हर जगह उसे सिर्फ समझौता करने की सलाह मिली। घटना के बाद भी परिवार को इंसाफ की उम्मीद थी, लेकिन परिजनों का आरोप है कि 30 घंटे तक FIR तक दर्ज नहीं हुई। परिवार बार-बार पुलिस से कार्रवाई की मांग करता रहा, लेकिन उन्हें सिर्फ प्रक्रिया और इंतजार का जवाब मिलता रहा। आखिरकार मजबूरी में परिवार शव लेकर गांव लौट आया। बुधवार को जब रामपुकार का शव बेगूसराय पहुंचा, तो गांव में मातम पसरा हुआ था। मां बेसुध थी, पत्नी बार-बार सिर्फ यही पूछ रही थी — “अगर उसने इतना कुछ लिखा था, तो किसी ने उसे बचाया क्यों नहीं? -- हिंदुओं का दावा है कि जातिवाद नस्लवाद क्षेत्रवाद है ही नहीं ख़त्म हो चुका है फिर ये क्या है नासिक टीसीएस पर छाती पीटने वाले यहां चुप हैं कांग्रेस और मुसलमानों के नाम पर रोज चूड़ियां तोड़ने वाले भी चुप है मैं इसीलिए कहता हूं दोष जाति का नहीं है दोष है तो सिर्फ गरीबी का पूरा परिवार उजड़ गया, पुलिस पैसे खाकर मस्त हो गई किसी को कोई फर्क नहीं
