Most new company owners think that when you get a registration certificate, then you are done, but the real thing comes after. It’s better to give them a full picture of compliance and the cost associated with it so that they are mentally prepared for it and not get cold feet.

Due date !! I also believe in concept of adherence to due date but on one condition that your v2 and v3 portal is working flawlessly. Even if there is 11:58 pm, you should be able to file your form. Penalties are justified for non compliance but not for an inefficient portals.

5. I have read it many times on web and I consider it to be true in our case too, always rely on multiple income sources and if you haven’t had that other source, start working on it right now.

4. Always support and stay strong with your professional community. They way how we professionals are helping each other is incredible. We are the helpdesk of each other in true sense. One of only good thing I see in v3 pandemic.

[Thread] Following things to learn from mca V3 pandemic :- 1. Don’t take onus of entire task or promise anything, somethings are not in your control. Always speak about contingencies & delays and what will be the cost of it, if it occurs.
