@TopshopHelp after complaining about horrendous customer service on dealing with a no show parcel worth over £400, your responce on here has been just as bad! 3weeks in, still no refund/replacement order and still no closer to either! Starting to wonder if your robbing my money!

I am absolutely appalled at the customer service received from @TopshopHelp about a parcel that was stolen/ not delivered from @MyHermesFail £400 order and your not willing to help! Tottally disgusting!
