@antoniwan Not necessarily. You need to have protein in your body ready to use so you can recover from the stress of the workout. If you ate a meal with protein a few hours before, there's no rush. If you are fasting, probably need a shake. youtu.be/tALUxxVxqA8

@nizaroni Howdy! Based on what you shared is this might be a browser thing. Could be saved cookies or an extension that's preventing a popover that's trying to load. Try going through an Incognito or Private window next and see if you can complete. Let us know how it goes!

@antoniwan It’s like watching a watered down rookie league. It lacks star power, players are way less athletic, low scoring, they play less defense than the pros, commit more turnovers and the NCAA refs are worse.
