Right @Vans Bought these shoes less than 2 months ago and they’ve already rippe. 3rd pair now! right at the entry point, plus the plastic is peeling off. Nothing to do with how I wear them, this is just poor quality. Such a shame given how strong the brand used to be. Do better.

@Br3ntGbs Yeah, and it was a mission to do! 😂 Not for the faint of heart. People see the output, not the input.

How to identify the ONE bottleneck burning 60-80% of your ad spend in under 10 minutes Most brands waste $50K+ testing the wrong thing because they can't tell if their creative sucks, their offer sucks, or their strategy sucks. I built the exact scaling audit framework we use to diagnose this in under 10 minutes This is the same diagnostic we charge $10K+ to run for clients. Like + comment "AUDIT" and I'll DM it to you.

RIP landing page designers 🤯 I just built a system in Claude Code that clones high-converting advertorial pages & rebuilds it for your brand in minutes. Find a presell page that's been running on Meta for months → Feed it to Claude Code → Get back a production-ready page with your product, your copy, your angles. Built 100% in Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies testing multiple advertorial angles on Meta. The best brands on Meta are running 5-10 different advertorial pages at any given time. Each one targets a different audience, a different pain point, a different hook. Building those pages manually means freelancers, back-and-forth, and weeks of waiting. This system solves it: → Find an advertorial that's scaling on Meta → Feed the page to Claude Code → Claude extracts the exact DR framework → Swap in your brand details, product, audience, and mechanism → Claude one-shots a complete HTML page following the same proven structure → Paste into Shopify. Done. No designer. No copywriter turnaround. No starting from scratch. What you get: → The exact advertorial structure that's already converting on Meta, rebuilt for your brand → Full HTML page ready to import into Shopify in 60 seconds → Copy that follows every DR beat — authority, pain escalation, root cause reframe, social proof, offer → A repeatable system you can use to spin out new angles whenever you need them The pages that are scaling hardest on Meta all follow the same formula. This just lets you use it. I put together a full guide showing the exact process — how to find winning pages, extract the structure, and build your own in Claude Code. Want the full guide for free? > Like this post > Comment "CLONE" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Seedance 2.0 just embarrassed the entire CGI industry. We’ve crossed a new threshold in physics simulation. Watch the momentum shift as someone lands on a transforming jet mid-flight the added weight actually changes the mech’s balance. Debris tracking, surface deformation, aerodynamics it feels more convincing than most Hollywood VFX. While everyone chased perfect faces, we quietly mastered rigid body dynamics.

Most Ecom brand owners "work" 12 hours, but only spend 2 hours on sh*t that actually scales revenue One of my students was "working" all day but still stuck at $1k/day He scaled to $100k days in 7 months after I forced him to track his actual work vs his "busy work" Turned out he was spending 6 hours a day on BS that adds $0 to revenue: - Doomscrolling after "doing research" - Getting "inspo" for ad copy (actually just brainrotting) - Checking Shopify every 20 minutes like revenue will magically jump 80% of your day is fake work. You think you're being productive, but you're just being "busy" That's why you're exhausted but not scaling. Meanwhile, your competitor works 4 focused hours on: - Creative strategy sessions - Offer testing frameworks - Supply chain optimization And prints $100k days while you're stuck at $10k The difference isn't time worked. It's time LEVERAGED. If you want to track this, I use Rize (rize.io/?via=shaun) to see exactly where my hours go. It shows exactly where your time goes and alerts when you're side-questing instead of doing deep work. I also have a video from a part of my productivity system in Evolve, posted free on X: x.com/_shauneng/stat… But a productivity tracker won't help if you don't know what to focus ON. You can track 12 perfect hours of the wrong work. Or 4 messy hours of creative strategy that 10x revenue. Track and optimise for the right work, not just any work.
Daniel ⛰️@thedanielokon

Success leaves clues If you aren't diligently tracking your time and what is taking up your time, then what are you doing. Watching one of @shauneng videos in his group Evolve, seeing this little tracker is a clue. Those who want to be as efficient as possible, and be diligent in their work, track what they are doing constantly. This is the widget from Rize AI time tracker. Built in Pomodoro tracker, helps you see how much time you're spending in meetings, focused work, and doing stupid random shit you shouldn't be doing. Highly recommend.

Client added another agency to compete with us in the ad account and they simply made a new ASC w/ our content - basically just duped out our scaling campaign ???? 🤣

I watched a founder make $2.7M from one video. Then I saw another founder make $120K in one day. Another grew from 60k to 600k using static ads and founder videos. But these founder videos weren’t so obvious. They worked because of my system built from testing ads worth 50M+. Every winning founder video hits one of 8 psychological triggers that make humans buy. Miss them, and you die at $10K. Hit them, and you scale past $1M. My Founder Ad Emotion Map shows you: -The 8 psychological drives that made founders $50M (and which one YOUR product should target) -The 30 exact prompts that make founders accidentally say million-dollar lines -Why ugly warehouse videos convert (with 1000+ tests proving it) Comment “EMOTION” and I’ll DM you the complete playbook. (Just follow so I can message you) P.S. - If you want to skip the learning and have my team create your founder videos using this exact system, DM me to book a call.
