@nkav @appliancesAU - it's a long way to take it back. They referred me to TCL and I have a case open now, as you've said they've pushed me off to the manufacturer.

I've logged a fault on my Tcl825 75" TV that is less than a year old. They called me today, was a silent line and they hung up. Then they sent a sms saying they tried to contact me and to call Mon-Fri. Tried calling the number that called me and got the same message. TCL your system is broken (and it's probably call centre agents getting out of doing their job properly because they have to work on a Sunday)
