One of the best game design portfolios I have seen in a while is from @nkepar, all around designer on Phantom Brigade (and Sr. Encounter Designer on #Hytale). nikitakotter.com/phantom-brigade 'I approach my portfolio almost as an advertisement for a design problem-solving business. This mindset has inspired me to present my work as solutions to various problems' - Nikita Why do I like it? It gives me a clear idea of what Nikita actually worked on and how they approach problems. The Challenge and Solution model works well with the Examples and Takeaways. Not everyone is going to have enough experience, or breadth on a project, to do a writeup like this...but you can look at any section of it and get a feel for what it would be like to work with Nikita. It also doesn't take much imagination to picture him working on a game without giant robots, the approaches are sound regardless of genre.

Yesterday 50% of BYG got laid off, myself included. I got to know many incredibly talented people there who were affected by this. Please send them some love! Now that after 4 years this journey has ended, I am actively seeking Game design opportunities to start a new one.

@systemchalk Thank you, it was fun while it lasted. I really enjoyed interacting with the community that is so dedicated and passionate about all things mech. In the spirit of the streams, it is fine. Whatever the next step will be, I am sure it will be another cool adventure.
