@reliancejio @JioCare 10+ days, multiple relocation requests, daily follow-ups, countless assurances of resolution within 24 hours. Every day a new ticket is raised and the previous one gets put on hold. Pathetic customer service. Need immediate action.

@JioCare Tell me the appointment time and date. Till now haven’t got the details of technician who will visit. Last 12+ days this is going on loop and we are stuck at home and cant go out since there is no clarity on visit. Why is difficult for CRM team to reach out ? No senior to talk ?

I understand the existing account has 2K deposit too so can understand these backend sales tactic to push for new connection

@JioCare 2/ Today at 10:25 AM, I received an appointment scheduling link. The link wasn’t working, and no one from Jio contacted me. Minutes later, I received an update claiming the customer had not provided an appointment and the request was cancelled. How is this acceptable?

Customers are expected to keep chasing support while requests are put on hold or cancelled without resolution. Need immediate intervention from a senior escalation team. #JioFiber

@reliancejio @JioCare 2/ Every day a new complaint or escalation ticket is raised. Every day I’m assured someone is looking into it. Yet the next day, the request is either put on hold or closed without any action. The customer ends up doing all the follow-up while Jio does nothing.
