AMC Played in my face. There were no showings for Longlegs a week ago and I kept looking throughout the week. Looked today and Thursday's night showing is basically packed...I'm seeing it on Friday in the afternoon now.

Geriatric millennials are the most gutter group ganggang of all the generations because we've dealt with the leftover generational trauma from the Boomers and had to teach Gen Z how to do everything that exists beyond a screen. We still know how to fight without weapons, function without sleep, and budget on next to nothing and still look great. We can change tires, cook food on a stove without filming ourselves, and have sex and go on dates without podcasting about it. We dealt with depression and anxiety before teletherapy and websites to quietly get meds. We simply suffered and danced our asses off in administrative clothing and studied hard and went grocery shopping with paper lists. Fuck with a geriatric millennial if you want to and we'll ruin you before you can book an Uber or pull out your heat piece. We're lean, mean, have sore backs and everything in-between. 😩😭

I didn’t get into AFI’s Cinematography Intensive for Women. It’s a bit of a gut punch, Ngl. I keep joking to my friends about wanting the blessed and highly favored package but I really do! I’m tired of the trials and tribulations🤣I need a win dammit!

@kennygotsoul I always thought grits were supposed to be sweet. Moms added maple syrup to mine as a child lol. Only as an adult, I learned of the sweet vs butter/salt and pepper discourse. It taste good both ways dammit!
