It has been a significant while since my last post here. Anyways. new build on the way. A campaign on the way. One day at a time

Even if you are "right" when you're participating in a conflict on social media, that "rightness" can not be taken to a bank. Winning arguments does not ship products, users or revenue. You can have 100% of the social support but that carries 0% economic value.

Pey — this isn’t personal at all. You do a great job educating the community, and I genuinely appreciate and respect you, bro. That said, let me say this clearly to entire community Do we really think buying a project and sitting back is enough? That somehow, by magic, everything is just going to go up while we watch the chart from home? That’s not how ecosystems grow. A blockchain doesn’t expand just because we believe in it. It grows because the community moves, educates, builds narratives, and explains why the technology actually matters. You don’t have to work for Cardano. You don’t have to be a developer. But if you believe in the tech, promote it. Share it. Compare it. Explain why it’s better. Have the uncomfortable conversations. Educate people outside the bubble. A lot of people are waiting for “institutions” to come in and do the heavy lifting. The reality is, institutions enter after the community has already proven there’s something worth entering. If you’re here just waiting for price action, you’ll probably end up frustrated. If you’re here because you understand the long-term vision, then it’s on you to contribute. The real question isn’t when it goes up. The real question is: what are we doing to help it go up?

My hot take is the infrastructure for Music Distribution on the Blockchain is definitely not aligned with streaming. The system via which music was distributed in the blog era is the same way that it can be distributed on the blockchain.

The amount of consolation people give to those who rug millions in community funds is astounding. No one does research. No one cares how much they raised, how many free tokens they printed, or how hard they dumped on their own holders. They met them once in person, so suddenly it is all forgiven. Insane. Only in web3.

Teams have to pay people regardless of the price of ADA The fact that the market is low is no excuse to halt development of useful projects and infrastructure On the contrary, exactly because the market is low we have to use this time to better our ecosystem when interest will come back Every damn bull market Cardano is chasing the narrative We are not the first in smart contracts We are not the first in privacy The tech is great but it's not the first If Cardano wants to set the trend it has to build while others are panicking Thank you for your attention to this matter

There's tens of millions of $ADA tied up in incomplete Catalyst proposals. I'm not talking from the last round either, I'm talking several rounds ago. In some cases, there are proposals that are 12+ months old and haven't even been started. This is an area that needs to be cleaned up quickly, imo. If you ask for, and get approved for Catalyst funds, and you've put a specific timeline for completion in your proposal, you should be held to that timeline (with exceptions for extenuating circumstances).

@TheRealWeb3Kat This brings me to my second point of interest; if ADA is the core foundation of the chain why do projects float their own tokens. I am curious because I have had suggestions regarding Nkrypt launching its own token.

I think it's a nuanced issue. I think people are tired of buying into project tokens that aren't really useful or needed beyond funding the teams. I think it's frustration with lack of attention to certain systemic problems (like stablecoin integrations) on part of the founding entities. Low interest in Cardano outside of the bubble. Perpetually poor $ADA price action. I could probably go on but yeah.

I am curious. Does the excitement come naturally from the app merely existing or from members of the ecosystem trying it out and providing feedback, excitement and reviews ??
