I don’t have children, but my road that’s off of Winslow in St. John’s, is still only viable for one vehicle. You expect buses to pick up children in grades K - 12? This is a ridiculous decision that throws the safety of tens of thousands of children in harms way.

Anyone think NLESD needs to call a no school for Tuesday due to the city not being able to make a decision to shut down for a day or two to clean up the mess that the city is in? No way city will have all sidewalks open & snow pushed back to make it safe for the kids.

They also started to change Western Health signs to NLHS due to the merger. Related: NLESD also changed to NLSchools? I never noticed because I dropped out of HS in 2022. I don't like it, they should have just dropped the "E" to make NLSD (Newfoundland/Labrador School Department)

So the giant 7-segment sign used for the patient queue at my local hospital has been broken for over a year They haven't fixed it, but they've replaced most of the PCs with mini-PCs due to Microsoft's W11 greed and/or the mini-PCs taking much less desk space
