I always assumed the @Mount_Pearl municipal safety cars were similar to the green vehicles in St. John’s. But I swear I just saw one pull over a vehicle.
Can’t seem to find any info on the city website. Are they actual police?

When we were kids this was how playgrounds looked and we had a blast. Guess it's not good enough for today's generation!

This is the playground at Butter Pot Provincial Park. Looks like not one cent has been invested in this in at least 20 or 30 years. With tens of thousands of families visiting our Provincial Parks each year, a nice playground for children shouldn’t be an after-thought.

VOWR’s radio tower was hit by lightning. We are still streaming online, but our 800AM radio service is off for now. Our brave volunteer technicians are on site and hard at work. This is when those donations we sometimes ask for are handy. Thanks for your support, radio friends.
