we need to learn to differentiate between a legendary highly respected talented songstress ‘diva’ which is a title that not many can hold and is a title that is earned and originated from the 17th century for operatic female singers (literally meaning goddess). mariah is The Diva. chappel is just a rude person and fits the media’s narrative of the word diva being bratty and stroppy. nothing more nothing less. i thought we knew this 🥱
