We received this week the official photo of the OUH staff awards, that took place on 9th of June. We were Finalist 2021. The team was looming, not everyone was on the photo. The team trained 423 nurses on that period (OSCE), and Bridging Programme was launched

Empowering our International Nurses to support learners in practice. 154 nurses completed the Practice Supervisor study day, the final day of the Bridging Programme.

Bridging Programme for International Nurses - A contemporary, innovative, and interactive learning programme to support International Nurses to adapt to work in OUH with confidence. It is facilitated by Nurse Educators and assistants in International Nurses’ Team.

The philosophy of the programme is to support International Nurses new to the UK through discussion, reflection, evidence-based teaching and learning strategies.
