@Ocado does your company honestly need to have two people carriers blocking the Hatfield station dropping-off point?! There's literally about 5 people who get on every 20 mins! 🤔🙄

@CC_EssexHerts morning, is there an issue with the 37x this morning? Hasn't moved at all according to the tracker. Need to make alternative arrangements if there is. Thanks.

@OcadoGroup why does Hatfield Station need two of these worker buses to pick up one and drive off? They're blocking up the drop off point! Barely any room for cars to squeeze through. Third time reporting this.

@GNRailUK why do your platform attendants never stop folk from vaping whilst they're blatantly vaping on the platform? What's the point of the rule if no one can be bothered to enforce? Not my job to tell them they can't. Platform 1 at SVG.

@CC_EssexHerts any chance of a bus this morning or is it a tracker problem once more? I can't afford to wait for a bus which may or may not be coming. Thanks

@GNRailUK why is the 0656 SVG to HAT delayed? Is it temporary or am I going to have to catch the next train? This particular train is rarely on time. 🙄🤔

@CC_EssexHerts last few days, the driver has been brilliant - set off on time and been on time. However, I wonder why we still haven't left the depot? I won't be able to catch this bus if it's like this.

@CC_EssexHerts Morning. It's happening again today. I did see the bus leave depot on time but now it's disappeared! It's 6:31 and it's not visible on the tracker. The other bus towards Hertford is though.

@nnahooz Nothing obvious beyond an area of bad signal as the tracking works on SIM cards like a mobile phone.

@CC_EssexHerts hi the tracking seems to disappear from the 37x at a certain point - this happened yesterday too. Just before the Cherry Tree Rise stop. Any reason why? Cheers.

@GNRailUK every day, there is an issue with this line. I don't think this particular train has ever been on time. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

@CC_EssexHerts it must be a bus issue as nothing has gone past. Once again, no warning on here or website and I'm going to miss my train. This service is becoming really unreliable.

@GNRailUK why does this train never leave on time?? Why can't we be informed beforehand that's it's going to leave a few minutes later than scheduled?
