Whats frustrating about the Gabi sending off without stating the obvious, is that hes not been given any leeway in terms of warnings. Johnson synically takes Gabi out, warning no yellow. Gabi commits 2 innocuous fouls, both yellows, no warning. Again, its just the inconsistency

Suppose the best solution is nmecha off for bogle. 531 sort of thing. Palace wont be able to break us down if we stay disciplined, hope we can get something in transition, bogle on should help that. Maybe get James on

The level of officiating in this country is in the pits. We have ourselves to blame in terms of the result 'cos we weren't urgent enough, but the lack of control from the ref was astounding. The fact he had to rely on VAR for their pen is embarrassing as well. Blatant as you like

It's another good point on the road to our eventual goal of finishing 17th this season. But if we want to progress next season, we can't be dropping so many points from winning positions. Need to be seeing out games more.

Long balls not hitting the target. Rushing off his line causing panic and almost goals. It's not his first mistake this season either

In the Premier League, for newly promoted sides, if they want to stay up, new signings and current players have to hit the ground running. Especially in the most critical positions on the pitch - the spine of the team - GK, CB, CM, CF. In Bijol, Ampadu and Calvert-Lewin #LUFC have a formidable outfield spine. But at GK they are in a bit of trouble. Former number 1 Meslier was dropped for backup Darlow last season. Summer signing Perri was dropped for Darlow this season, with the Brazilian having had the lowest save % in the league. Darlow has been a historically decent and reliable backup, but yesterday he had a shocker and tho he made one good save, if his confidence is knocked, then Leeds need to react. GK is a position you just have to get right. I understand the desire to improve on Piroe. But yesterday has thrown that GK position massively into doubt and surely the priority has to shift. If there is a deal to be done in the last few days they probably have to gamble. Sunderland are a great example of what can be achieved when you get that position right. They are massively overachieving thanks in no small part to Roefs.
