We’ve become so used to validating one person’s emotions that we forget the other person has a breaking point too.

@Teboho_McCoy Have to look at it economically as well, models are good but too expensive to replace you. AI "bubble" pops and no more dooming about your job, but you get to keep the cool tech it produces. Except if it pops all of tech will crash and getting a job would be hell

@__sugarvenom That’s far-fetched, it was the standard design of that time, at least across Africa. Zimbabwe still has some of these structures, they are called “elephant backs” in Shona. It was economic and suited the block/dormitory structures where men lived alone.
