I cannot explain how much I HATE my @puffco Peak Pro. I would not recommend this garbage tier brand to anyone. Their “premium” dabbing gear feels cheap, fragile, and stupidly designed. I haven’t touched this thing in months. The ONE day I decide to clean it and give it another chance, the ceramic bowl literally snaps while I’m cleaning it with a q-tip. A Q-TIP. How fragile do you have to be as a product to lose a fight to cotton? And the best part? You can’t even replace the ceramic bowl for my 3d xl chamber because they don’t sell it separately. You’re forced to buy a whole new atomizer because Puffco loves squeezing every dollar out of you like you’re a walking ATM. Then I noticed wax leaks into the metal section under the bowl an area you cannot clean unless you’re a surgeon or a locksmith. It’s a design failure on every level. This brand is trash. Straight up trash. I’ve had buyer’s remorse since day one, and today just confirmed it. I’m done. I’m not giving this company another cent. Should’ve gone with @DrDabber from the start. Guess I’m buying one now, because Puffco can stay in the dumpster where it belongs.
