Norman says that person should go more than 15-days in isolation. Mentions the Nelson Mandela act passed on 2015. Norman, as a psychiatrist, says that YNW Melly’s jail conditions, and admits he has never spoken to YNW Melly, he has never seen anyone in similar isolation for such a lengthy amount of times. “I don’t know if I’ve heard of anyone with 7 years of isolations.” Norman compares YNW Melly’s conditions to the film Cast Away, starring Tom Hanks.
