at what point do we start going after labels for releasing actual dogshit purely because the artists are popular? hold those artists to the same standards as everyone else

is the whole gimmick here that the preset library is like splice? cos every other developer seems to add presets occasionally without requiring a $15/m subscription. for reference, eastwest's composer cloud is $20/month and has a massive library with options to purchase outright

gotta give credit where it's due though, fabfilter and wavesfactory are doing incredible things to mitigate long-standing DSP artifacts

how are devs still using minimum and linear phase bandsplitting? i've demoed like 4 different plugins this week and clearly the ui designers understand the concept of dynamic phase better than the devs

(especially with waveshapes you can modulate)
