@andrewpprice As a blender artist with a non-standard workflow, I actually use this a lot! if I mave multiple meshes on top of eachother, or a mesh inside another, being able to just click it twice instead of finding it in the outliner, or switching to X-ray, or leaving camera view is useful!

One of the most baffling quirks of Blender is that it will very occasionally let you select vertices through the mesh while not in Xray mode. Yet if you box draw, it won't. Is anyone working on this? #b3d
