Do the Nibiruans specifically Ishtar with the genetic editing technology have the ability to change a persons gender or sex from male to female and vice versa or even be both? Every civilization interacts differently with human beings. They're actually was a time where our creators walked amongst us in what was now called the Middle East and Africa as well as South America. Good here as well after a granddaughter within the Royal family started her own civilization over there. Ishtar is what that Civilization calls her I believe. Mythology calls her Aphrodite and Venus. So forth and so on. By the time the 1600s rolled around that species was gone and there were interactions with other civilizations all the time.
