It appears to be almost completely constructed out of plywood. But it’s not, it’s actually cheaper than plywood

OSB is an engineered wood product made from compressed wood strands/flakes glued together. It’s cheaper and faster to install than traditional plywood

NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani just made history. New York’s first-ever pied-à-terre tax — an annual fee on luxury properties worth $5M+ owned by people who don’t even live here. Ken Griffin bought a $238M penthouse in NYC. He doesn’t live here. It sits empty. While working New Yorkers can’t afford rent. That changes today. $500M annually — straight to childcare, clean streets, and safer neighborhoods. This is what governing for people looks like.

I need homeschooling moms with boys to chime in here. What are we doing for read aloud that is engaging for little guys? I grew up in a house of only girls and have a daughter, so I have plenty of ideas for that but now I also need stories centered around brave men, adventure, etc.

Guitar truths for the poor man.
There are so many guitars in the world I would venture to say that they are literally uncountable. And your chance of getting a cheap good playing instrument is 100% guaranteed if you have a little savvy and knowledge under your belt. And if you have some reasonable luthier knowledge you're on your way to really getting the most out of almost any guitar you find. There are bargains everywhere if you know what to look for and can ascertain an instruments condition and potential. And right now is probably the best time in history to do it with the millions of decent cheap guitars that only need a good setup and possible fret dressing to bring them on par with more expensive instruments. It's actually crazy. I don't know how many cheap guitars I've had people bring me for setups over the last couple years that I was impressed how good they were after some love and many were good right off the bat only needing minor attention. Yep, It's a great time to be a poor musician. 🤘

🚨HUGE! In a stunning win for his tax the rich plan, Mayor Zohran Mamdani just reached a deal with Governor Kathy Hochul tax second homes valued over $5 million owned by out-of-state residents. The taxes will generate $500 million annually for the state. This is amazing.
