that Eurovision opening clip actually just made me really sad. I wish I could still unapologetically love this contest. I never imagined entering May without having heard a single one of the songs and not really feeling the interest to do so with what the contest now represents

also!!! no such thing as a regular person, casual listener at concerts any more. you're either already independent and financially stable enough to just pull from your savings or a hardcore fan willing and able to put hundreds of dollars on a credit card at the drop of a hat

not sure why this would be controversial or seen as an attack by some when for a lot of people a concert not only involves financial planning for an event you might not attend for over a year, but also travel planning/general logistics, or even getting approval from parents!

I’m just gonna say it straight. Can artists STOP announcing a tour and giving us a weeks notice before sale because how the fuck do they expect us to have the money for that??? How financially stable do they think we are? It’s unfair to expect the average person to find that money within a week,especially with how much tickets cost nowadays

love her and this has absolutely nothing to do with her since literally every artist does this but I am so sick of these tour announcements with less than a week's notice for the ticket sale. can we not allow people some time to plan a little bit financially? get paid at least?
