@KoopusK I was on the fence between that and nicky!! Ultamitely i went with nicky because i thought the manga version of sonic fit better with the alter ego stuff 🤞🤞

@IKKOMARUDOODLES Specific character traits such as both metal & connor having memories implanted from who theyre based off of; making running themes with struggling to understand their own identity past their creation!! In many iterations of sonic, metal isn’t firmly a villain either

@IKKOMARUDOODLES Metal sonic can be a LOT of things; i was even considering making him metallo. However, given the character dynamics and other traits of metal sonic I ultimately landed on superboy b/c i personally felt that it fit better within the story beats across multiple versions of sonic

@ThomasEsmore As for silver i was tempted to make him hal jordan (both boyfailures) however it does not resonate with me nearly enough (also hal is too confident) so i am still on the search for a better fit ngl

@ThomasEsmore I made metal sonic intentionally superboy (connor) as hes a product of lex luthor and superman combined!! With metal sonic essentially being a clone of sonic in the image of eggman, i figured it to be the best fit 🤞they both have similar issues with identifying themselves too
