Today we announced an agreement for Inseego to acquire Nokia’s Fixed Wireless Access CPE business and to establish a partnership with Nokia. This is a major milestone for Inseego for three reasons. First, it is a meaningful step up in company growth. It expands our scale, gives us global reach we did not have before, and positions Inseego as a new global leader in wireless broadband. Second, it broadens our platform. We will have the most comprehensive portfolio across both consumer and business markets, including FWA, mobile routers, and IoT gateways, adding greater depth while expanding what we can bring to carrier partners. Third, it creates a  partnership with Nokia. That includes collaboration across go-to-market, AI, 6G, and the future of the wireless edge. For customers and partners, this creates a broader platform for growth. We plan to build on the strong foundation Nokia has created, continue investing in the portfolio and roadmap, and bring new opportunities to market through expanded innovation in wireless broadband, the wireless edge, and AI-enabled solutions. He also met with @Tamperekaupunki Mayor @IlmariNurminen to discuss the city’s evolution from an industrial heartland into a thriving tech hub, driven by world-class research at Tampere University, strong expertise in automation and clean technology, and a growing creative sector. A dinner hosted by @BusinessTampere brought together local companies working in AI, semiconductors, and quantum technologies to exchange ideas and explore future partnerships, reinforcing the strength of U.S.–Finland collaboration in innovation and emerging technologies. Nokia’s AGM 2026 took place yesterday in Helsinki, Finland. Shareholders representing approximately 3.5 billion shares and votes participated.
