Gamers please go OUTSIDE. I went to the doctor and my test results came back with results saying i have vitamin d deficiency. A healthy range is from 30-50 ml, and i have 9.😭 Now im probably literally gonna get prescribed to go touch grass. How embarrassing dont be like me.
