@HyperX 5years ago, when I wanted new ear cushions for my Cloud Alpha, customer support told me they were still under warranty and sent me a new set for free... Now the warranty has obviously expired, how can I get new ones? I can't find them as replacement parts on the website.

@AzulBlitz Hmm, the braided cable should help prevent tangling. Are you possibly twisting the cable during use for example, by spinning in a chair or something similar?

Theres good and bad things about the different types of headset cable materials, it depends on what you would prefer. What if you took out the cable all together and got a wireless model? With our Cloud III S Wireless headset for example, you can tune the audio with an equalizer through the Ngenuity app. There are presets you can select like bass boost, or create your own custom settings. The audio may not be perfect out the box, but you can at least adjust it more to your liking. It even includes an activation for DTS for enhanced spatial audio. The mic is an overall upgrade from our Cloud II model for audio clarity and even features a built-in mesh filter. hyperx.com/products/hyper…

@HyperX Yup! Yeah, but for a higher price why you continue to use the cloth wrapped, cheaper? Plus mic/sound mediocre at best.

@HyperX bought a pulsefire haste 2 wireless mouse a few months ago and its the worst mouse i have ever used in my life. I have tried many in my lifetime and this is the worst mouse I have purchased.

I bought a mic from HyperX and it only lasted a couple years. Now it doesn’t light up and doesn’t work at all. Tried every fix I could find and nothing works. Pretty pathetic quality for a product that’s supposed to last. Your products suck @HyperX 🖕
