@browntulstar Thanks for the details. Have you tested this Mic on a different device to see if the issue persists?

@HyperX Most recent tests: - Direct connection to PC USB 2.0/3.0 ports with OG cable - Connected with a diff USB-C cable - Disconnecting other USB devices except mic and keyboard/mouse When using a USB monitoring tool like USBTreeView, only the mic still disconnects in varying intervals.

@HyperX My son bought your Hyperx 3 headphones last year and already the headband is falling apart, what quality is this for the price paid? No replay at all from customer support in the Philippines. So both suck for a supposedly quality product.

@HyperX Ive done everything with software & yeah its doing it on both a PC & a PS5. Unplugging and replugging works as temp solution but only for like 1-2 hours

Thanks for the details. Are you connecting the USB Dongle directly to the USB ports on the back of the case/motherboard? Have you tried this on a 2nd device to see if the issue persists? Do you have Ngenuity installed on a PC to ensure the firmware for both the USB and headset are up-to-date?

@HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless. It does constant disconnect & reconnect. Ive used all the software, resetting, its got no other wireless devices nearby for interference. Its been 2.5 months of issues. No other device is having issues on my PC or Console.
