That's because they died from suicide from a war 99% of the US didn't serve in.

Funeral home: "Oh sorry we can't bury or process until we get the cash" VA: "We'll pay you back." Family goes into financial debt with upfront costs. Some can afford but not all. Fix that shit now. I am begging someone, anyone to clean up the disability fraud in the VA. This guy was a Navy reservist who went to school for the Government and got out after 2 years with disability benefits for anxiety and depression. This has to end.
