This is Ifeyinwa Peace Okwudu. The school administrator for Ezzy Nursing College, Enugu. She earlier suspended Joy Ezeugwu indefinitely for speaking against the rot in Uwani General Hospital, Enugu. She then arrested Joy Ezeugwu this morning and demanding N10 million for emotional and psychological damage. A student recently died in her school because of lack of care. 150 more students are in cue to be expelled.

Today, I choose to remember Ochanya Ogbanje, a bright little girl who lost her life in 2018 at age 13 after being ràped for five straight years by her uncle and his son Andrew and Victor Ogbuja. Ochanya developed a vesicovaginal fistula and was leaking urine and poop till she finally passed on on the 17th of October, 2018. Today, seven years later, her abusers walk as free men. The world might be silent about Ochanya’s case and getting her justice but we will never forget her story. I wish to God that those men meet very horrible ends. They killed Ochanya and it is very sad.
