Netflix execs tell screenwriters to have characters “announce what they’re doing so that viewers who have a program on in the background can follow along” They also have thousands of micro-genres including “casual viewing” which is used for movies/TV that go down best when you’re not paying attention. I didn’t know about this until a landlord bragged to me that he didn’t have to pay the same rates I did because his property was vacant/derelict for 2 decades. He then had a laugh about how the building was worth over €600k Still derelict a year later.

If there is no room for MuppetVision 3D at WDW, it should be rebuilt somewhere else. It is Jim Henson's final Muppet project -- not just a film but an art installation/theatre piece that deserves to live on in his memory. This is more than just a regular theme park attraction.

Not sure how many Irish reporters follow property listings but another big wave of An Post offices got listed all over the country. How does that not lead to a hollowing out of villages and towns and cities? Artists and small businesses rely on the post to exist.
