@seulryeji Yet they also don't care about groups with controversies. Groups often loose their popularity DUE to minor controversies. Oh My Girl are the ones coming to my head rn, loved and hated and now ignored. (But they are also just three members under the company now)

This only proves that some K-pop fans don't really stan their faves for their music but for their virality. I'd rather stan an unproblematic group like ITZY than to stan a problematic group that I have to defend and make excuses for every time they stir controversy.

@itzdezuu Like imagine having a full time job and little kids going:"If you don't stream 24/7 you are not a fan", calm down people. Besides that, YouTube made it harder to count your views and you have to do 17 extra steps for the stream to count.

@MyYezy Like P1harmony, Ateez, Txt or Cortis? Do they obsess with streams and that they 'fell off' or are 'boring'? I was only a moa and never saw that. Yeah title tracks get disliked all the time but no one cares how many streams they make in a day and if they lost popularity 😭

saying a group should disband for not having high first day results is just unbelievable … when people start appreciating music for the arts and not for charts is the day we find peace. this is seriously offensive to say about a group who are selling out tours, have a stable fanbase, looked up to by other artists and trainees, clearly talented and hardworking, with enough awards and recognition under their belt and not to mention have an incredible relationship with eachother and their fans, always put in 110% and stayed humble. i seriously don’t think some streaming statistics are going to make their company go into debt.

@hyogoat Depending on the album honestly. But i love doing it when i'm finding a new album/new group. But since the genres often switch, i can't be dancing one second and crying the other 💔

@starryhvc Acting like other members have better education while they were full on trainees and idols. Joshua and DK didn't know which colours mixed to what, Hoshi asked if people in Italy speak english and so on (Vernon was even the one saying they spoke italian).

why people bring up vernon not finishing school like he wasn’t homeschooled..like he still learned, just at home 😭 it’s always in situations too where he makes a spelling mistake or doesn’t know something like why are you acting like he’s dumb when he’s shown how smart he is :/

@Onigurli @yawnzhuo It's definitely not real fans. But illit has a dedicated fanbase. Those accounts are just twelve year old trolls begging for attention. Illit are one of my ults and never have i seen any real gllit treat njz and tokkis like that.

@yawnzhuo I‘m still convinced that there’s no real glitts. Most people who listen to Illit are casuals. They’re not successful enough to have a big dedicated fanbase that goes as far as death threats. I‘m sure it’s mostly that other fanbase hiding their disgusting self behind Illit.

@seokgyuie It's my first 'older' boy group so it's very new for me, but 2 years is very managable. Especially because there are so many exciting things in the future. I went through several hiatuses and members leaving, so that's really nothing.

unusually okay about the almost 2 yr long hiatus... the time will pass and it will probably pass so so fast they'll be back before i know it
