You know that classic political move: "do something" just to buy time, to calm the noise, to look like you're in control. But what he didn't realize is that this one is different. This is not the Zondo Commission. This Madlanga Commission is not here to clean up his image, but it's here to bury him. And truth be told, it already has. Ramaphosa will not survive what is coming. So yes, Ramaphosa made a fatal mistake by calling for this commission.
