As a coach your first responsibility is to think about the person before the athlete. If you're not, you're doing damage to the person inside of the athlete.

Mental health of any athlete starts well before they reach the high school level. Parents are the front line for development, coaches are merely support. I'm not placing blame on the Parents. But it is a joint effort from everyone involved with the athlete.

@pgcps This school bus driver shortage issue needs to be addressed and resolved !!! My daughter starts school at 9am. Due to her bus , she does not get there to learn and participate until 10:30 am. Please do better. We are begging as parents ! This is not acceptable

At least there’s no questions about it anymore. He finally made it plain and simple for everyone. So, please stop saying it’s not what or who he is. If you support him, you support that! No excuses!
