@Princemajoris Yes, I don't think zuko is "wrong" for not being sympathetic to azula, I just think it's kind of tragic because they were doomed to be against eachother the second they were born and now they have to fight to even have a cordial relationship

@normalhuman210 Isnt that only natural? For most of their relationship azula was the instigator and cruel to him, yes ozai is at fault and all that but siblings can abuse each other and that is gonna create resentment

I think zuko is a lot less sympathetic to azula than she is to him, I think it's hard for him to "forgive" her for being the favorite (and for almost killing him) and because he has friends now he's not so focused on azula. But he is still the second most important person to her

Azula is bad at showing people that they're important to her but she's so attached to the people she does like. Zuko wants to improve his relationship with azula but more out of this fear that he won't have family left rather than any true compassion for azula. at least at first

I think the comics are shit from a butt but I disagree with other people saying zuko wouldn't just chuck azula in an asylum for a year and forget about her. I think he absolutely would unfortunately lol, especially with how paranoid he becomes
