@ryangerritsen @ikwilson 72% I'd almost bet that's how many Canadians are living below the poverty line. And even if it is the other 28% who are actually living below the poverty line....that's still too much and there's no excuse for it. Leadership matters.

@ryangerritsen Canada's Arboreal forest puts the nation in a negative Carbon rating to the tune of 1000s of percentage. Every Canadian could burn a campfire and run a coal fired energy plant and not even come close to offsetting the benefits of an Arboreal forest that size.

I have a friend who believes wholeheartedly in the carbon tax. Why? She told me it's because we'll set an example to the world so that they can follow suit. To her, environmentalism is our original sin and our saviour. We must pay more for something we commit the least of in the world. These people don't live in reality. They think they know what's best for us because government proganda media told them so.

@ryangerritsen I have a better one for yas. Canada is only responsible for 1.6% of global emissions. Even if Canada ceases to exist, it changes nothing. Carbon tax is literally theft and proven fraud since the government won't show where the money is going.

Reminder, 72% of our population live below this line. The rest is pretty much forested. We are all paying a carbon tax. The entire blue portion of the continent with over 10 times our population pays no carbon tax. What is this tax scam supposed to be accomplishing? Absolutely nothing.
