@Spring_steen @springsteen Working On The Highway, Earls Court, Reunion Tour, 1999. At the time, didn’t appreciate what a random opener it was. 30+ shows and nearly 30 years later, I’m still hooked. Nothing beats the experience or escapism of the 3hrs or so at a Bruce show.

(I don’t think that will happen this year though. They’ve already played Europe in three consecutive summers, which is pretty much unprecedented).

As ever, I’m getting irrationally excited about a Bruce Springsteen tour taking place in a different continent, that there is zero chance of me being able to attend, and that is more than likely to be a direct repeat of the shows I saw in the UK and France last summer.

@northy_boy Yes it was! I enjoyed it - have seen them a few times now but there was a fair chunk of new material in the set.

To be fair, we were warned about this, but it strikes me that having a large crowd leave a sporting event at Wembley Stadium at the same time a smaller but still substantial crowd is arriving for a show at Wembley Arena is maybe not the best of ideas.

@zoeellison_ We were very lucky to get tix to the premiere and amazing Bruce being there. And he just sat in a regular seat on a regular row to watch the film. Sat on the same row as one of my friends!! So good!!

My opinion of DMFN that nobody asked for -
Incredible. Glad I was wrong about JAW. Whole cast were unreal actually. When I say that film fucked me up I mean that as a compliment. I’m glad it exists and I’m glad Bruce felt it was the right way to tell his story. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
