First time flying @AmericanAir in a while and NEVER will again. Flight now delayed almost 4 hours. We've been "encouraged" to stand in an hour plus long line to wait for the ONE ticket agent trying to rebook an entire flight. Absolute shit show. Never seen such incompetence.

Muuuch uncertainty exists today in both timing and strength of storms. Most likely scenario is two rounds of storms. One this afternoon/evening. Another after midnight. Within 25 miles of you, probabilities of tornado are 5%, damaging straight-line wind 30% and large hail 15%.

The new Tornado Watch just issued is a "Particularly Dangerous Situation" (PDS). These PDS Tornado Watches are *rare* and alarming. Concern is the line with an ETA 10-11 PM, and also the potential for supercells to develop and arrive *before* 10 PM. We're on it. / 605 PM
