Crypto's the simplest for agents, APIs and user payments, but every tx costs gas, takes time and cant meet agents/APIs doing real microtransactions. SCP's x402s lets agents and users do instant, 0 fee, 0 gas txs using state channels. Building in public. statechannel.org github.com/keychain-inc/x…

x402 micropayments won't scale in current form:
> the average x402 transaction is $0.09
> the average visa transaction size is ~$50
visa processes 24k TPS. for same vol, we need a chain that has 500x thoroughput = 12M TPS.
we need tx batching or new designs for agent scale.

vaults can do this, theres also a delay to be able to use 1 signer to push a tx through so can make a vault with 60 days, push a tx to claim at start then if the other 2 dont sign u can do the tx.

Literally the only person I give money to (unless an angel cheque) is my wife
I’ve also given folk working for me up-front loans, making it clear continued work is contingent on constant repayment
But only other person I’d *gift* money to is my brother

Once you start making money you are going to have a lot of ppl ask for loans or “investments” I’m not talking about strangers on the internet, your IRL friends and family. I’ve done it, a lot, and it usually ends poorly. My advice, don’t lend any amount to friends or family unless it’s an amount you are comfortable never getting back.
