@KianoDer Immer wenn es irgendeine Änderung gibt ist es ein Problem, weil es einfach anscheinend nicht möglich ist, dass allen Pflegekräften, die zu meinem Vater gehen, die Neuigkeiten mitgeteilt werden. Anscheinend schauen die nicht in ihr scheiß Übergabeprotokoll.

@Ebba_und_Flut Mein Stiefvater ist hingefahren und hat ihm was gebracht. Aber abrechnen werden sie es sicherlich wieder für jeden Tag, diese Vollhonks.

@AlexisMLeveille @BTBoekkooi Started in 2011, got the therapy in 2018/2019. Had to get a lot of sessions with the shockwaves as the pain had spread over the years and I also had severe problems with my feet/walking.

Actively promoting the trigger point theory is like learning about the burden of proof and being like “Nah, I’m just built different 💪 😤“

My physiotherapist told me that my back pain is caused by trigger points in my hip and ever since I use my thumper (massage device) there and not only directly where it hurts (lower back) it really got better.Would never have thought it head something to do with my hips.

@_Sandy_soso @BTBoekkooi Not in the way they are defined no, or at least I think there’s no quality evidence to back them up.The taut band part has never been proven. I think we got sore spots.Also think they might often be a result of the pain rather than a true cause as those sore spots are on everyone

@AlexisMLeveille @BTBoekkooi Sry I got a bit salty there lol. Thank you. What I did was trigger point shockwave therapy to be more precise. Not the manual stuff. It helped a lot with my chronic myofacial problems/pain. So you don't think trigger points really exist?

@_Sandy_soso @BTBoekkooi Just because a treatment helps doesn’t mean trigger points exist. Anti depressants help people yet decades later we realized their purported mechanism of effect was wrong. Mechanism and effectiveness are distinct. Glad you find relief though.
