Dollar hot dog night in Philly degenerates into fans pelting each other with dollar hot dogs. I lived in Philly for 5 years and I’ll say this: This may look bad, but I’ll bet these fans had a lot of fun last night acting like this, and they don’t care how bad they look doing it.
